Brief introduction
Audrey Joe-Ezeigbo is an experienced leader, business advisor and coach, with over 28 years proven track record and deep expertise in Strategic Planning and Execution, Corporate Governance, Investor relations (Finance and Fundraising), Advocacy, Entrepreneurship Development and Environmental Sustainability in private, public and non-profit sectors at executive and Board levels.
She is Deputy Managing Director at Falcon Corporation (a leading, wholly indigenous midstream and downstream Energy, Gas Distribution & Trading company) which she co-founded in 1994. Audrey is also the Managing Director at Optimera Energy LFZE, a special purpose vehicle focused on enabling Gas distribution and energy optimization within Nigeria.
Nkiru Olumide-Ojo has over 2 decades of experience as a Senior Corporate Executive looking after the reputation of multinational and national brands in Africa. Her work experience spans across various service sectors including Financial Services, Aviation, Telecommunication and the Oil and Gas sectors. She currently works in a financial services Group in South Africa in a role that covers several African Countries.

Nkem Nweke is on a mission to build Africa’s future by developing inclusive, accessible and pioneering communities as he believes in an Africa where everyone can be a change maker. He leads Engineering Innovation at the Africa Development Centre (ADC), which is Microsoft’s Engineering team in the region. He formerly worked in several capacities with organizations like Hewlett Packard & Dimension Data.
Lucille Ossai is an international award-winning communications trainer, coach, advisor, keynote speaker, and renowned blogger. She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Leicester (UK). Lucille specialises in business communication.
