Gareth is the Founder of SHEPPERSON CONSULTING LIMITED, based in Lagos, Nigeria. Shepperson Consulting is a Strategic Management Consultancy, which assists Nigerian businesses expand, including expansion into South Africa and the UK. Shepperson Consulting also assists Nigerians acquire Luxury Real Estate in South Africa, the UK and Dubai, with a particular emphasis on SA Golf Estates.

Gareth is a Director at ELEGANT CORPORATE SERVICES, a one-stop-shop for business owners, SMMEs, and startups that offers a range of services, such as Trust administration, property and business finance, company registration and the services of a range of consultants.

Additionally, he is a Founding Team Leader at NFT Auditors, a venture that aims to set the world-class standard in NFT auditing and verification. Gareth is also the head of the Blockchain and Smart Contract Advisory at STEGMANNS INC. and is currently partnering with the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) on groundbreaking Blockchain solutions in Law.

Key achievements in the last decade

Gareth has been appointed as the Independent Trustee on numerous Trusts for High-Net-Worth Individuals, including the Trusts of some prominent South Africans.

SAPOA is the biggest Property/Real Estate organization in South Africa. In recognition of his knowledge and organisational ability, Gareth was elected as the Chairman of SAPOA Gauteng. Gareth also held positions on the SAPOA National Council and National Legal Committee of SAPOA.

Th e Minister of Land Reform and Rural Development appointed Gareth to the Sectional Title Regulations Board.

Gareth represented the Legal Profession at GISEC, an interdepartmental committee of Municipal and Provincial Departments involved in Property Development (including Registrars of Deeds, Planning Departments, etc.)

Gareth was elected as the Chairman of the Property Law Committee of the Pretoria Attorneys Association (PAA), where he presided over significant achievements on behalf of the Conveyancing Profession.

Gareth also served PAA Executive Committee in both the Property Law and Marketing Departments. In his marketing capacity, Gareth raised 10x the sponsorship funding than the PAA had previously managed to secure.

Gareth was also elected to the Gauteng Attorneys Association (GAA) Executive Committee.

Gareth also served on the Property Law Committee of the Law Society (LSNP), after previously serving on the LSNP Company Law Committee.

Gareth was appointed to the SIRDAR Panel of Independant Non-Executive Directors.

NFT Auditors Certification is the World Class standard in NFT Auditing. Gareth was appointed as a Founding Team Leader.

Through his company, M5 Bimagorsy (Pty) Ltd, in recognition of his Real Estate expertise, Gareth rolled out the Zakhelikhaya Project with Cashbuild. Cashbuild is the biggest building supplies retailer in SA.
